AIM+ outer shell Advanced Integrated Matrix Plus is based on a 6-layer compound of glass fibers, organic fibers and high-performance fiber materials. Together with the polystyrene core system consisting of several different absorbent elements, this outer shell provides optimal impact protection at a very low total weight of the helmet homologated according to the new ECE-R 22.06 test standard. FIM homologation to the current FRHPhe-01 test standard makes the SHOEI X-SPR Pro race-ready. The chinstrap with double D fasteners is easy to adjust and securely holds the helmet.
The EQRS system (Emergency Quick Release System) allows the face pads to be removed in an emergency, thus enabling gentle removal of the helmet.

Its modular headgear with built-in pockets can be easily and precisely adjusted to individual heads and individual needs with insertable inserts for a perfect fit, maximum stability and reliable protection.
Newly designed face pads with a pad core produced using a sophisticated 3D cutting process are available for stability of the X-SPR PRO at more than 350 km/h with a 16% larger contact area (the pre-model).
The variable fixation of the face allows you to change the appropriate angle of the helmet on the head, thus extending the vertical angle of vision in an extremely forward-leaning sitting position.
Contoured head pillows for highly effective ventilation, face pillows and chin strap padding with quick-drying and leather cover material can be completely removed and washed.

A total of 7 fresh air intakes and 6 ventilation openings are connected to each other through a deeply branched ventilation system, and they provide an even more intensive and performance-enhancing exchange of fresh and used air than the predecessor model. For greater comfort in high summer temperatures or endurance races, the performance of the face pad ventilation is significantly improved by the presence of vents inside the si.

The inner lining of the chin of the X-SPR Pro is designed for the installation of a hydration system. The regular fluid intake through the hydration system helps the competitor maintain his ability to concentrate for a longer period of time, even in high summer weather conditions or in endurance competitions. The CAMELBAK® BIG BITE™ valve, both available as accessories from SHOEI, can be connected to the appropriate dosing tube.

Its shape and aerodynamic properties allow the rider to be fully suited for the track and racing , even at the highest speed. The newly developed stabilizer in the back of the head directs the air flow into the left and right tunnels and leads through the stabilizer and through the rear spoiler. This is the more aerodynamically balanced shape of the shell (patent pending). The pronounced side edges on the upper left and right of the helmet function as tail fins and, in combination with the concave top of the rear stabilizer and the side tail fins, offer great directional stability of the helmet . This distinctive area stands out in the helmet design and gives the helmet a balanced expression of style and safety . The combined efforts of SHOEI's manufacturing, testing and development teams come together at this point.
