Order steps

The price indicated next to the goods is the purchase price of the goods, which also includes VAT. The purchase prices listed next to the products will certainly not change in the period between placing the order and receiving the goods.

  1. Put the items you want to buy into your basket, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner, then the "Cart" button.
  2. In the "Basket" menu item, you can find the list of products you want to buy, the quantity of which you can change here, as well as delete the items. (After changing the quantity, click on the "Update" button).
  3. In the "Choose a delivery method" section, you can choose whether you want to pick up your order in person, from a courier service or from a parcel machine.
  4. In the "Order summary" section, you can see the total value of the products you want to buy. Attention! This amount does not yet include the cost of home delivery or parcel vending machines!
  5. In the "Comment" column, you can share other requests and information with us (e.g. where exactly should the courier go when delivering).
  6. You can choose whether you want to shop with us as an individual or as a company. Attention! If you choose the "Individual" rubric, you will not be able to request a company invoice in the continuation of the order!
  7. By pressing the "Next" button, you can enter the customer data and confirm the method of delivery. If you have previously purchased in the webshop , the device automatically offers the data recorded during the previous order. You can also enter a discount code or gift card serial number here.
  8. If you chose home delivery or a parcel machine, you can confirm your decision on the next page.
  9. On the next page, you can choose the payment methods. Please, in the case of home delivery or pick-up at a parcel machine, if you want to pay when you pick up the package, always choose the cash on delivery option!
  10. If the billing address differs from the delivery address, you still have the option to change it here.
  11. Finalize your order with the "Send order" button.

Our system will automatically confirm your order within 48 hours. If you do not receive the confirmation, please notify us!

Payment methods

Payment with SimplePay application

You can choose this payment method for both in-store, home delivery and pick-up at the parcel machine. In this case , you can pay for your order using the SimplePay payment system operated by OTP by entering your valid bank card details. After payment, the invoice is automatically sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided.

Cash on delivery

This payment method must be selected for home delivery and pick-up from the parcel machine , if you want to settle the value of your order upon pick-up. In the case of home delivery, you can pay the courier with cash or bank card. You can only pay with a bank card at parcel machines. The invoice will be sent by e-mail.

Payment by bank card and cash in case of in-store pickup

In our store, it is possible to pay by cash or bank card. Please choose these two payment options only if you want to pick up your order in the store!

Shipping methods

Conditions of Carriage

The delivery time for products in stock is 1-3 working days (in the case of home delivery and parcel vending machines). Exceptions to this are special periods (e.g. Christmas), where this time interval may increase depending on the workload of the transport companies.

Domestic delivery

The ordered products are delivered by DPD Hungary Kft. You can request information about the goods handed over to the transport company by calling +36 1 501 6200 or by e-mail at dpd@dpd.hu. We will notify you by e-mail about the delivery of the package to the courier company.

The price of home delivery depends on the total value of the purchased products:

Home delivery with DPD courier service HUF 1,990 for purchases under HUF 25,000
Home delivery with DPD courier service is free for purchases over HUF 25,000

In all cases, the shipping cost is determined based on the total amount of the goods actually delivered.

In the case of domestic home delivery, you can pay the courier with cash or bank card.

If you would like to request additional comments or clarifications regarding the delivery time, you can indicate this in the "Comments" section of the order form.

Foxpost parcel machine

The products ordered in the parcel machine are managed by FOXPOST Zrt . You can request information about the goods delivered to the company by calling +36 1 999 0369 or by e-mail at info@foxpost.hu. We will notify you by e-mail about the placement in the parcel machine.

At Foxpost parcel machines, you can only pay by bank card.

Personal collection

Personal pickup is possible at the Karasna motorcycle store between Nyugati railway station and Lehel tér at the following address and opening hours:

1132 Budapest, Váci út 40.

Monday-Friday: 10:00 - 18:00
Saturday: 10:00 - 14:00
Sunday: closed

The fee for personal collection is free. In our store, you can pay with cash or bank card.
